We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs, and certain items like opened e-liquids and used vape kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return, and may take a few days to appear in your account. For exchanges, simply reorder the item and return the original. At Alo Vape Shop, we deliver to all UK areas using reliable and efficient couriers. Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and payment checks. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We offer various delivery options, including Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery, with tracking information provided for all orders. Please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed, but 98% of packages arrive on time.
