We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs, and certain items like opened e-liquids and used vape kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return, and may take a few days to appear in your account. For exchanges, simply reorder the item and return the original.
