Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs, and certain items like opened e-liquids and used vape kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return, and may take a few days to appear in your account. For exchanges, simply reorder the item and return the original.
